GIRL ART DUMP DESIGNER/MANAGER

Girl is hiring a designer and manager for our Art Department. 

The right candidate is project management minded with tasks and people.

·       Advanced Knowledge in; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom

·       Graphic Design Skills include layout, technical/production design, web layout and illustration skills.

·       Works closely with production, sales and marketing for all assets and calendars.

Essential Job Functions:

· Formulate Art Department strategy and help communicate the

creative vision

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the company’s

internal Art Department.

-Prioritize workflow to meet tight

timelines for international new product launches.

· Lead and manage creative and production teams

that develop product packaging, point of sale

materials.

· Source and/or manage freelance artists and

designers who provide new design

concepts.

Position Requirements:

· Qualified candidate will have five plus years

experience as Art/Creative Director and five years

experience managing an Art Department.

· Direct supervisory experience of creative and

production teams with proven ability to coach,

challenge and improve the capabilities of an Art

Department.

· Highly creative design abilities

· Excellent organization and project management

skills.

· Self-motivated and the ability to inspire those

around them.
