Sutro is a new monthly membership-based design community for startups, innovating on how companies get design work done. We are a virtual first company, built around a global team that can live flexibly.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who is good at not only creating elegant UI, but is thoughtful about the depths of the user experience. You'll have the chance to touch a variety of projects from mobile apps to dashboards to web design and potentially more depending on your talent/interests (animation, branding, etc.). You will be expected to take ownership over your work, be proactive about communication, and be able to be highly adaptable based on feedback from a Design Manager and other designers.

This role is fully remote and you generally have autonomy over your schedule although there will be some periodic calls. This role also starts out part-time but with a successful collaboration comes the opportunity to join full time. 

It is a requirement that you have at least professional proficiency in English as you will be expected to be able to speak with teammates & clients as well as write with generally strong language/spelling/grammar.
