(Senior) UI/UX Designer (f/m/x)

While sales processes are typically neatly organized in the CRM for sellers, buyers are often overwhelmed by the information inflow they receive across channels. With Valuecase, sellers can help their buyers to navigate and complete their buying journey through an interactive shared space that aggregates all relevant information - and communicate product value in a consistent, integrated and interactive manner.

Tasks

• Own the complete product design lifecycle from conceptual design, user research, and prototyping through detailed designs and usability testing to final implementation
• Define design standards for our B2B SaaS product, website, and marketing materials
• Design interfaces that excite our users and create outstanding user experiences, including user stories, wireframes & clickable mock-ups
• Bring your concepts to life in close collaboration with our product / engineering team
• Build up your own team of UX/UI experts

Requirements

• You possess a university degree in Communication, UX Design, Computer Science or mastered a practical apprenticeship within a related field
• You have at least 3 years professional experience with UX/UI design and prototyping
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of tools (such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Webflow) and UI/UX techniques
• You are able to adapt in an ever changing, high-growth environment
• You don't shy away from end-to-end responsibility for your projects
• You have already proven listening and leadership skills: Your are able to give and receive feedback, onboard people and create positive change
