From building beautiful video experiences for members to helping Creators monetize their multi-layered content offerings to facilitating and building emotional connections with their closest fans, we do it all.
What You’ll Do:
You'll use insights to build experiences, features, and flows that help subscribers succeed along their health and fitness journeys. You'll validate ideas and concepts quickly and design solutions meticulously—with attention to every detail. You'll also have a lot of input into what makes UI beautiful, interactions engaging, and what makes an experience lovable:
- End-to-end design from ideation through development
- Working with research and data to inform design approach
- Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Build intuitive user flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Partner with design peers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build concept consensus
- Prototype rough concepts as well as detailed designs for concept validation, usability testing, and stakeholder presentations
- Contribute to an evolving design system
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise the quality bar
You should apply if:
- You have excelled at places that do product design really well ;)
- You design conceptually while understanding how those big concepts get broken down into iterative sprints
- You can articulate and present the above clearly and passionately (with stunning visuals)
- You have a very high standard for beautiful and creative visual design
- Questioning everything is your default state
- and... you're really good at Figma!
