What you’ll be doing

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product Managers and Engineers to understand the outcomes of our customers' interaction with different products we offer and develop cutting-edge solutions to enhance their experience. You will make deliberate design decisions while considering quantitative and qualitative data, create the visual language and infuse the brand voice into the product experience and interface cohesively and delightfully.

Throughout the day, you will identify user problems and utilize your exceptional design skills to envision and create a beautiful and engaging experience. This involves:

  • Advocating for data-driven design, presenting design ideas, and defending the vision and rationale behind all design decisions based on the user-experience journey and fundamental principles.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to develop strategies for enhancing users' experience.
  • Designing simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight our products' users.
  • Developing visual language, infusing brand voice into product experience and interface, and building functional prototypes to validate and test your designs.
  • Researching on product technologies and structures to incorporate into design concepts and educating team members on the latest development in the industry.
  • Delivering all design deliverables, including models, information architecture, flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable/animated prototypes.
  • Revising existing designs to meet customer expectations, identifying possible issues with future releases, and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase from scratch to finish.

A growth mindset and a solid ability to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction are essential.

A little about your background

  • 3-6 years of professional mobile design experience
  • Attractive portfolio demonstrating your past work, approach to problem-solving, design methodology, and skillset, including product and systems thinking, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma and capable of using other design and prototyping software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and After Effects.
  • Track record of developing the visual language and infusing the brand voice into the product experience and interface.
  • Excellent skills in research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, user experience, visual design, and interaction design.
