WW is looking for candidates to help change people’s lives. We are a global wellness technology company inspiring millions of people to adopt healthy habits for real life. We do this through engaging digital experiences, face-to-face workshops and sustainable programs that encourage people to move more, shift their mindset and eat healthier while enjoying the foods they love. By drawing on over five decades of experience and expertise in behavioral science, we build communities in order to deliver wellness for all.

We have an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven Senior Product Designer to inspire healthy habits for our e-commerce customers. You’ll help us transform our e-commerce business, and make an impact for current and future members.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers and data scientists in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, exponentially growing Health & Wellness space. Working with our remarkably talented design team, you’ll execute against a vision that builds upon WW’s rich history and takes our digital product offerings to the next level.  You’ll be solving problems that will include reimagining where E-commerce fits in with the end-to-end paid Member journey, what experiences they encounter when they first access the WW Shop (for example, the WW Shop Homepage), how we curate and storytell through our Browse/Search/PDP experiences and how we optimize for ease, conversion and repeat shopping through the Cart, Checkout and Post-Purchase experiences.

Our ideal candidate has deep experience with designing for consumer-facing products, Web and native mobile apps (IOS and/or Android), and leading experience working within an environment that requires deep collaboration and relationship building with many different teams, SME’s, and stakeholders. This designer will bring a strong point of view on delivering innovation through iteration, applying design thinking to create world-class experiences, achieving superior design quality, and contributing to the conversation on how we execute against our product strategy.

This role is completely remote and able to work from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
