Offer Kings Media is a software development and consulting company with many projects in all different industries. We primarily focus on building online sales funnels and software to increase sales and customer retention for ourselves and our clients.

Currently we are in need of a designer to work on a product that allows the user to build lead capture pages and sales funnels for their online business, but will continue to always have new projects and work going forward.

We currently employ 3 full time designers and 6 full time developers, so if you're looking for a solid company to work for long-term and you meet the requirements below, we would love to connect with you.

Here’s what we are looking for from you as well as some things we are NOT looking for:

You must be a very organized person: you’ll be getting different tasks thrown at you, and you must be able to make sure everything gets completed, and prioritize accordingly. The right person will make sure that things don’t fall through the cracks.

You must be able to work with a team: Almost every work environment has a couple (or more) people who drain the team members around them. Not our company. We want our people working to grow our business and reach their potential—not wasting energy making up for someone’s character deficit.

You must be flexible: We work long hours, and we need someone close by for most of that time who can help implement our ideas. If we have a deadline to meet, we do whatever it takes to get the job done and reward our team accordingly.

What You Will Be Doing and some typical tasks you might do in a day:

- Design a logo for a new product / service we are going to launch
- Design capture pages and sales pages for our software/products
- Design back office UI for our membership/software platforms
- Design website banners for our sales pages or events
- Design a wire frame to explore UI layout ideas
- Design a concept map to explain a service
- Create e-book covers and product images
- Design roller banners, business cards, postcards
… and much, much more. No two days will ever be the same

For this role, you need to be wide open to what kind of design tasks we throw your way. You need to embrace them with a sense of enthusiasm, excitement and be ready for a challenge.

An “I’ll do WHATEVER IT TAKES” attitude is required here.

Required Skills:

-Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
-A good eye for color combinations and design
-You need to be a hard working, self starter, who is coach-able, dependable, determined, driven, accountable, tech savvy, and naturally obsessed with details.

Compensation and Getting Paid:

This will depend largely on your skill level, and how valuable you are in this role. We’ll be able to work out something fair and build on that as you continue to deliver great designs for us.
