Enjoy is founded and led by Ron Johnson, former head of Apple Retail. Alongside is an executive team from leading retail, technology, and design organizations such as Apple, Facebook, and Amazon.
About Our Team:
Our Product Design team is a small group that has an outsized impact at Enjoy. We come from agencies, consultancies, and in-house (Digitas, Frog, Apple, Airbnb) and all have a constant desire to improve our products and processes.
Our larger Creative team was started by Apple’s former Head of Creative Services and Cofounder of Enjoy, Tom Suiter. Design has always been core to our success and will only become more so as we continue to expand globally. Come join us, the clay is still wet.
About The Role:
- Lead product design on a number of our core tools - helping to define the strategy and product vision
- Partner closely with your Product, Engineering, and Data peers
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to align on requirements
- Champion the needs of our Experts and other internal users
- Collaborate with Product Design peers and work closely with Design Ops to manage priorities
- Present work within your team and to leadership
- Help shape our design culture and processes
- Contribute to and improve upon our design system
About You:
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Helped ship a number of high quality products (iOS a plus)
- Thrives on ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- A strategic thinker that can balance business requirements with user needs
- A design generalist, who is comfortable designing low-fi workflows to finely polished components
- Excellent storyteller and communicator
- Expert in Figma
- Experience in internationalization a plus
- Above all, you’re kind and driven by teamwork, not ego
