Genia Philip

Genia Philip has been fascinated by travel since she was a youngster. She was born in Grenada, West Indies. Leaving the Caribbean, she and her family migrated to Brooklyn, New York, when she was eight years old. Genia had grown so used to being raised in a rural location with little resources that it came as a surprise to learn later on that her family had been officially poor from a monetary viewpoint. The reason that this surprised Genia was because she had always felt content and filled with the richness of love and family. This foundation is one of the reasons Genia was meant to serve others who are unable to help themselves. Rather than give people charity, Genia has spent her entire career educating people and empowering them to lift themselves out of difficult situations.
