Looking for website designer

I'm looking for a freelancer for a small project (which will probably grow) who's a rockstar when it comes to UX / UI. The project will include site redesign, branding, and creating banners in all formats. The company is looking to become the market leader in the luggage delivery space and needs a superstar to help them get there.
