Create a honey bear bottle design

We are up and starting a Blockchain group hoping to hire a freelancer to first create a design of a Honey Bear Bottle that we like with the understanding that we would like to change/customize it over time: add clothes, hats, different colors, holding different items. We are happy to pay by the hour or by the design.
