Website design for recruiting/branding

We need help designing a few pages for a startup-like team that will primarily be used for branding and recruiting. The target audience is potential new hires, so the content will focus on what we do, who we are, and what we value (mission, vision, values, and team). There will be a homepage, a blog page, about us, and a career page.
