Brand book for marketing agency

I'm looking for a designer to create brand guidelines for my company.

The rough list of deliverables is:

• Logo
• 3 -5 custom website visuals
• Fonts, colors, and other design standards
• Social meda assets
• Voice / tone / brand guidelines
• Whatever else you recommend

The ideal final deliverable would be in the form of a brand book, something I can easily pass off to my website designer.

My budget is $1,000 - $3,000

Applicants with previous experience designing brand books are preferred.
