University Help and Support Center

The Center is a single-window system for online registering students, teaching staff, and non-staff queries, grievances, complaints, and suggestions. Presently such assistance through e-mail is available 24x7 with the facility of uploading files. The “University Help and Support Center (UHCS)” is a major achievement as it is bound to make the university administration more effective and transparent and help establish a hassle-free climate for students, faculty members, employees, and so on and so forth. 

The University Help and Support Center is a step toward service to the students, faculty, supporting staff, alumni, and affiliated colleges to address their queries and complaints and resolve them in a time-bound, effective, and transparent manner. In most of the cases, the query/complaint will be resolved in a stipulated time (max one week) and if not then the student can contact through email to the concerned department for the progress of the request/application.
