3D Rendered scene of a Jungle Theme

Can you help us build a 3D scene representing a petri dish with an abundance of plants and a few animals inside? If possible, animate the scene in a subtle way, in the loop. The output could be a movie or if possible embedded in a 3D web-savvy player (like Skethfab).
