Church camp tee shirt design

I am looking to hire someone to design a camp tee shirt logo for a youth church work camp. The theme is based on 1 Corinthians 9:22-33 “Intentionally Engaging Communities for Christ”. The design must look nice on a white tee-shirt, as the plan is to allow campers to tie-dye their own shirt.
