3D Animations for App Commercial

This is a large-scale and high-concept project, with a heavy emphasis on 3D animations. The video is being shot and edited internally, we're only in need of creating the graphics and 3D animations to accompany everything. Our goal is to highlight the ecosystem of the app by using 3D animations drawing inspiration from isometric homes. Animations of the homes will be required to highlight specific aspects of the concept. In addition, there will be several 3D illustrations of our app showing the various features of how it can control the various smart products in the homes.

Here is a link to several references of the look we're trying to achieve. The ideal candidate would already have experience modeling and rendering these types of homes, as well as creating text animations and other 3D animations. Once hired, a storyboard, script, and detailed brief of the project will be provided.
