Brand Identity Designer

I have a product concept but I need help developing my brand strategy. My concept is a multi-functional dog water bottle that also holds the dog treats and doggy bags. 

I need someone experienced to build out my brand identity - firstly, thinking of a brand name, then logo design, primary and secondary colors, typography, etc.
