Web UI designer for job site

I'm looking for a talented front-end web designer that can create high-quality mock-ups and supporting assets for a job website.  This is a custom website modeled after several job sites including https://themuse.com, https://builtin.com, and https://indeed.com

The website includes a number of features including two different user profile creation flow,  company profiles, and job listing and searching.  Later on, we'll also include blog articles and company news.

I'm looking for someone who can create a clean, modern design that's straightforward to build out in Vue.

From a design perspective, I'd like to use a similar color palette as https://stripe.com while using the clean, minimalist layout of https://themuse.com
