Lose yourself — It's only been a while since I resumed my love for swimming. Those moments of the day are truly precious, letting go of all the knots in your body, soul and, last but not least, your mind. Fear continues to grip me the deeper I go, but I try to stay afloat and let the currents caress me into a melodious tranquil, one day at a time.
