Carmen Polanco

Since she can remember, Carmen Polanco has always been holding a camera. Her grandfather gifted her with a simple automated point-and-shoot camera. Her family was so delighted and eager to pose for her; forming stances that made the photographs appear candid, standing happily for birthday shots, and striking every conceivable pose! The encouragement of her family inspired Polanco to pursue photography.
