We're a UK-based debt collection and enforcement company in Dorset. Our inbound leads have dropped, and the cause points to declining search visibility accelerated by Google's AI Overviews. We optimised for SEO but not AEO (answer-engine optimisation), so AI-generated answers now absorb traffic that used to reach us.

We want a defined system built from the ground up not patchwork fixes paired with a premium, value-driven website redesign focused on converting visitors into qualified leads.

The work runs in three stages, and we'd like pricing broken out the same way:

2) Planning & alignment to connect the strategy to the redesign so they reinforce each other.
3) Finally Redesign & build premium, conversion-focused, delivered efficiently. AI-assisted workflows are welcome if they keep quality high.
