• User-centered research, Persona mapping, Mind mapping and Activity mapping
• Survey analysis & Problem statement/ Design brief
• Sketch scenarios and Storyboards, Task flows, Card sorting and Information Architecture
• Sketch wireframes on paper, digitize to Interface design
• Low fidelity prototyping in XD, MS Powerpoint
• High fidelity prototyping in XD software, Visual design in Illustrator & Photoshop software
