At first glance, switching to distance learning seems to simplify the learning process, adding more relaxation and peace of mind. That's not quite the case.

Real work must now be built into the home space of relaxation and comfort! This may not be easy, even with resistance. We asked a psychologist to prepare some tips for us:

- Organise your workspace so that nothing distracts you, also use a few time management rules: getassist.net/time-management-tips-for-students .
- "Write My Paper for Me" is a google query that will help you with your assignment and make your studies easier.
- Take a few minutes in the morning to get yourself in the mood for the lesson. Take time to mentally 'leave home' with all its temptations or hassles and get into the school environment.
- Maintain daily rituals. For example, if you have breakfast before school, continue to do so during the distance week.
