Serpent illustration for Indiana City‘s new barrel aged Belgian. The base beer was called Beast of Laurey’s for which I illustrated a castle and moat. For the barrel aged version I wanted to show the serpent that might live in that moat.

For this collaboration beer, I wanted to pull off an image that was both metal & magical. Bringing in the subtle rainbow coloring to an illustration that was very heavy I think softened it up just enough to not be taken too seriously...
