Undead Helmsman (Character Design)

A work in progress pencil sketch entitled 'Undead Helmsman' for an upcoming secret exhibition in London.

The undead helmsman character will eventually be worked up in Photoshop. I thought it'd be interesting to come up with a humorous way in which he died and work that into the piece. In this version he was killed by a swordfish wound to the head.

For anyone else working on this exhibition, this work is copyrighted (sorry, have to say that).

Before I work this up, I would like all your feedback / suggestions on how to improve it - or if you think it's good to get cracking - let me know.
