Finally took a stab at an iOS icon. Turned out pretty pugly.

Cool! But it looks a bit dark to me
Textures are amazing! Do you have a "Fur brush" or are you painting strand by strand? I've been trying to figure out how to get short, even-length fur with brushes for a while now...
@Alex Pronsky Thanks man, I totally agree it's on the dark side. Unfortunately I didn't realize this till after posting and looking at it on a different computer. Looks like I need to replace my light bulbs at home finally :/
@Ollin Thanks very much :) Much to my chagrin and at great cost to my carpel tunnel I don't have a fur brush, so there was a lot of erasing and repainting things as well as flipping the entire image during the texturing stage. For what it's worth, the brush I used was just a very small circular brush with 0% hardness.
@Sterling Rose That is hardcore and you rock :D only suggestion for the icon is a final curves adjustment to brighten things up a bit :3
I looooove it, but it seems too dark. With a little more light, it could be perfect.
