Glimmer is a small tool designed to solve the lack of designers' ability to easily preview how favicons appear across browsers. Browsers also now have dark and light modes that may effect the discernibility of favicons. It can be tempting to design favicons that are too large or detailed for real-world usage and a tool like this could help designers see their icon in context.
