Daily UI Challenge - (08) Product and cart screens

Hey everyone !

I have created this ‘Product and cart screens’ concept using Adobe Xd. This design was a part of the 10 day UI challenge taken up by me.

I took up this challenge to enhance my UI skills and challenge myself daily by creating engaging, aesthetic and usable interfaces. Mentioned below is the thought process behind creating the concept designs.

▪️ To begin with, I prioritised a clean and intuitive interface that showcased the product effectively. This involved strategically organising product images in a carousel format, adding a concise description and other relevant details like the product highlights, cost and color switcher, etc to provide a seamless browsing experience for users. In the ‘checkout’ screen, I emphasised on streamlining the purchasing process and make it effortless for users to add products to their cart. It prominently displays the product quantity, price and any customisations or options chosen by the user.

▪️ By referring the widely used e-commerce app interfaces, I added a ‘Buy Now’ CTA and quantity addition/subtraction icons, making it easy for users to complete their purchase. Consistent color schemes, typography, and visual elements were used to achieve a cohesive and pleasant UXUI.
