I love Mailbox's iPhone app and I'm hungry for the Mac version of Mailbox. I've spend some time last night figuring out a concept I had for Mailbox for Mac.
Emails can be swiped into folders, lists, todos, the trash etc (just like the iPhone app) using the trackpad or magic mouse. Otherwise right-click an email to move it.
Constructive criticism is highly appreciated!

Lovely. I would put the sidebar on the left though, this feels unnatural.
Looks great mate! The sidebar on the right does feel unnatural at first but I actually quite like it. I would remove the mailbox logo from behind the opened email. Also the hands of the clock aren't centered.
Very nice, but I have to agree with @Doney den Ouden
@Doney Yeah, you're probably right about that. Makes more sense too since we read from left to right. :)
Personally I don't really like to swipe in Mac Apps, definitely not in small boxes (which is going to happen to delete the mails etc).
The rest looks cool! Really want to use this on my Mac, but please, WITHOUT 600k people in front of me waiting for it.
I think the whole email (as a concept) needs bringing into this century. Surely we can repackage bursts of communication data that will work with us while mobile.
I love this. You really should work for them :)
I actually like how the sidebar on the left feels. Nice job Thom ;)
Very slick and simple,.... i would use the left for the inbox and give it slightly more room to breathe, perhaps even a colapsable far-left menu nav for each inbox?
Looks great and agree with @Doney. Really nice job!
- yes move that sidebar left and it's perfect :)
I need this: now.
