Since the early days that I have an iPhone, If there's something that I never liked on iOS was the design of the Alert Labels. Too outdated..they just don't look and feel like Apple.
For that reason, I decided to design my own iOS Alert Label for fun with a style that I consider more "actual", without losing the Apple touch.
If'm not the only one who doesn't like iOS Alert Labels, just shoot your rebound and let's have some fun!
Don't forget to check the "old-current-label" and the "new label" in action, on the phone.
Meanwhile, you can always follow me on Behance and/or on Twitter.

Looks good André! I'm pretty fed up with the standard alerts. We are using the black (transparant) keyboard more often but alerts still are blueish and creating custom versions all the time.

Black (transparent) alert version for iOS.
We are using the black keyboard a lot in our designs but missing the alert message. This custom version fits perfect.
When requested, we can put up the PSD as freebie.

Good stuff man :)
You have hit the nail on the head for me personally, this is exactly what I'd love to see :)
And the "bounce" animation when it enters is a little annoying - a single bounce would do! XD
Nice one :)
I don't know why but this looks a lot like the iPhone alerts of the theme that I put some days ago on my portfolio, you can download the file and see how looks. We have the same idea ;) I guess they really need make a change
@Uriel Albarran O. yeah, that happens. I hadn't even seen your design. :)

iOS Alert Box with swipe.
Swipe right to say yes, to left for no, tap to close.
iOS needs a complete redesign urgently. They are still using the outdated design from the first iPhone with some minor design changes to it.

Wouldn't it be great if you could change your default applications?

As an iOS developer and a dabbler in design, I would really love if Apple made some changes to the alert dialogs. They've already said they are going with a "flatter" design, so I envision something like this (check the @2x for more details).
The red stripe at the top would be able to turn different colors based on alert type (red, green, yellow, orange, or possibly a custom color) to give a quick visual indication of which type of alert it is.
If you look at the iPhone 5 screenshot attachment, I also think they should slightly blur backgrounds when they present the alert dialog so it is in focus better.
Feel free to download the PSD and create your own version!
Ha! It fits to my shot`s style :) http://drbl.in/hmXn
