Took some of your guys points and reworked this area on the design. Below the delete account button there is some confirmation text of what the Delete account button does.

    :) Better?

Loving the look and feel that, prompt is really nice, and the overall texture is great. Not so sure about the placement of delete account though. But then it could be cause I am not familiar with how the process works. Do you see the delete account button there at all times? If so what do you think about placing it on the top right, flush, and base aligned with "Account"

Like I said, there is confirmation text. This shot doesn't do the rest of the UI justice.

Sorry James, like I said i am not familiar enough with the process (meaning how this is applied to the rest of the site) to be of much use, just commenting on what I see. I am sure in context it probably looks amazing.

looking good. I hate designing forms. Not sure why.

Looks awesome, but I shouldn't make the 'delete' button a Call To Action. It now looks a bit like an error to me.

You could also try making Delete Account a link. Reduces the relationship to the other buttons that submit the form.
