Logo for an NGO that works as a liaison with locals after a natural disaster to know what they WANT versus what big disaster relief organizations THINK they need. The traditional means of disaster relief is to assume they want shelter, food, blankets, water. RRC works as the go between to spend the relief money smarter. For example, some people groups would rather only have help with housing since that is a symbol of wealth and stability in their culture.
Windy explanation, but hopefully this helps you, fellow dribblers, understand the various symbols and shapes in the logo since it is such an abstract idea.
