I wonder how the ascender of the "b" would look as a sort of flag pole, with the flag actually coming off of it like a real flag.
Regardless, I like the look of this. Authentic Jobs in more countries is a very good thing.

Love the custom type, has a Sudtipos feel to it, and I mean that in a complimentary way. Didn't read 'joly' to be honest but now it's been pointed out!

My only 'first impression' thought was legibility of the font. Just feels a little too 'condensed and abstract' to be fronting something this important.
Just need's taming a little i think, emphasis on little.

Looking good, but i'm sure if you focused over here you would soon be adding Ireland, mainland Europe etc so maybe a Europe flag?
