Wow that looks pretty awesome! Font in the navigation seems a bit small and I think you could add more room between the dividers on the social icons. Also, the guy for FREE SKI seems like his arm should be sticking out similar to the one to the left of that.
Love the colors and consistency here. Looks really really good!

Love those circles, I agree with the arm thing. If it's not to long.
Also I personally think the social icons are a bit to big. They seem out of balance with the other navigation. Great work!
