   While it looks aesthetically very nice, I have to say that the UX of it is a little confusing.

   I think there needs to be some layout and size differences between the three states you have.

   I don't think relying on just the type is working as you have it...

   Try to avoid greys with that light shade of blue.

   Give the greys a subtle blue tint, and it'll look better.
