@Catt All the stories float left in the time order, and the late story in a day should not be at top. So there may be some blank, like a magazine view.
But you know, to arrange our complex story-feed in a clean and beautiful way is always not easy...

This is a way to quickly show the story detail by sliding out, and then you can send a reply here.
I think another way is to show a pop-up box, just like what Instagram and Facebook do.
