The idea is a bit different with this illustration. Back in the 60’s, Kuwait policemen wore “ghetra" on their heads along with the formal uniform. I reimagined the concept in form of an ad post recruiting cops to joining the force.⠀

While this uniform combination is no more and may be odd these days, some people today wear a thoub and a cap.
