Awesome. Thought you were going to start losing gradients?
@Marc Aspinall Thanks. Yes I thought so, depends on the job I guess. For this one it helps to hide the nudity by fading the bodies out. I don't know really...It's harder than I thought to change habits!
@Andrew Lyons do you mind pointing me in the direction of the brushes you are using? Love this.
I like the sense of light in this piece... and that the guy's arm is attached to his hip as his body becomes more a silhouette deeper under water. Nice!
hi, well I'm just using a normal brush for the shadows, but I'm shading with it set to about 5 pixels in size, and then erasing with it set to 5 pixels too, so it gets that rough effect. But I'll find the brush I use and pass it on
@Andrew Lyons that would be awesome. Illustrator or PS?
@Rogie all photoshop, It's not really the brush to be honest. I'll show you in a moment
@Rogie here's how I do it, hope it helps http://www.lyonsa.com/shading
@Steve Lowtwait thanks Steve : )
@Andrew Lyons thanks man, sure appreciate it!
this is beautiful!
