    Working on a collection of themes, and these are the icon/logo/top-left fallback thingies.

    From left-to-right: Corporate, Portfolio, eCommerce, App, Blog.

    Feedback is appreciated, and since you asked so nicely, here are some penguins wearing sweaters.

    I'm not good at giving feedback. But I'm good at liking things. Great style (also the penguins).

    Don't know what I'd do without those penguins wearing sweaters.

    @Visual Idiot looking good! On the 'eCommerce one you could add some diagonal "cris-cross" lines to make it look more like a basket?

    @Kevin Halley Thanks! It's meant to look more like one of those fancy bags you get in shops: http://www.shekhawatenterprises.com/documents/86207/0/paper-shopping-bag.jpg?t=1352787994777

    @Kevin Halley I believe it's a bag? Maybe not...

    Yea they look great man. I'd say portfolio is not so recognisable but it's also not the easiest part of a site to depict.

    Blog looks like a file icon. Maybe make it add a pen over it or something?

    Great work! I think they all work well except for the Blog icon, which looks more like a document/file placeholder. How about a browser window with a small image rectangle and some lines of text inside? Or, if the browser window isn't consistent enough, those lines of text on that document icon you already have (perhaps with a slightly smaller curled corner)?

    @Luke Etheridge Yea i thought that to start with then thought maybe a basket maybe a better solution?

    Not too clear tbh. But each one is tricky considering the confines.

    I think the last two are the ones that need more detail? The little white square at the bottom on the 4th icon gives the idea of the app, but its not clear enough.

    Maybe add lines to the blog icon to make it look like..more of a blog?. Yes. :)

    lovely work.

    Really appreciate the icons!
    The desktop icon has a shadow under the display, right?

    @Luke Etheridge Was going for a literal portfolio case there. The theme's called Briefcase as well, so hopefully it's a bit clearer.

    @Zander Brade @Jona Tried that, but a pen breaks out of the 32px size and makes the icon look too complicated. Remember that it's not a standalone icon, and the only place it's going to be displayed like this is this Dribbble shot (and that it's also a temporary logo placeholder until someone uploads their own logo). Hopefully it makes more sense as a visual aid to a theme than an icon set.

    @Ryan Murphy as an icon set (which is what this looks like, my apologies), I'd agree, but these are only going to be displayed on their own with the word next to it as a logo). What's not clear about 'em?

    @Vaibhav Bhat everyone loves penguins!

    @Raul Rincon agree with you there. It's my least favourite icon, but given that it's for a "Mac app landing page" theme, it sort of makes a bit more sense, I guess. Going to retry that one.

    @Dominik Martin nope, no shadow. It's a half-pixel trick: http://i.imgur.com/Sp15GVk.png

    @Visual Idiot Then thats fine, they/you can progressively reduce that so eventually the icons can stand alone.

    The clarity lies in instant recognition, when I look at say the desktop my thoughts don't go to app. I can't offer a better alternative though.

    In my humble opinion the corporate logo should be more simple like the others. Too many details, maybe less windows... :)

    These glyphs, as most of you work, look quite nice.
    To me the corporate glyph looks more like a parking-structure and maybe try an app-window for app instead of a monitor ? Meaning, a rectangle with the traffic-lights / minimise, maximise, and close buttons.
