I kinda like services like Instapaper or Read it later and I use them on a daily base. But for me there is one big problem about that – I just forget about them.
This is were Later comes into place. Besides the basic features like add a page, star an article or search through all your saved pages you can set a reminder on your items. So you'll never forget about them anymore.
I like this so much, especially the paper crumbs (I don't know how to call it in English) at the top! But I have a windows computer, so I can never user this software… too bad.
This is an excellent idea, looks great too. I'm a designer at Readability, if you do end up getting this built we'd definitely lend a hand to get it working with the Readability API. If so send us a message; https://www.readability.com/contact

This is just a mockup, maybe this will happen someday on your Mac. ;) Check out the full view.

I’d absolutely love an app like this if it used the Instapaper API.

@ssɐquʞunɹp: It wouldn't be a menu, it'd be a full NSWindow that you position directly below the menubar icon.

Mike, if so. is it possible to keep the taskbar item "selected" like the mock?
