Really people? I'm sorry i'm not liking this so much as all the others do. The Typography in this shot is just off. The font-size in the "sign in" button is just way out of proportion. And i have the feeling that the text rendering of "not a member" is different than from "username" and "password" Is it even the same font?
Also, those 2 icons you are using are the only 2 parts that makes this shot a little more graphical, and therefore i would make them stand out a little more then you are doing right now. Give them some more attention and love.
Doing the so called "flat design" is really not as easy as some people think.
You post some awesome work, @Virgil, but I have to agree with @Bart here.
For me, the type is too big throughout the shot. I appreciate that 'sign in' is the largest font size, there just seems to be a real lack of hierarchy.
I do agree with @Bart Ebbekink about typography, but I think that the graphical stuff doesn't need "more".
There is a watermark, subtle noise texture, tiny round corners, 1px shadow under fields... For me It's is enough!
Nice work as usual @Virgil Pana . On a side note, speaking of CSS, we struggled so much to make gradients, shadows and rounded corners support wider and now the trend is flat, metro UI design.

I like it. Although I feel the lock icon is a bit out of proportion.

Looks good. You need a "Forgot Password" link somehow though.

Nice background, and well done!
Agree with @Bart Ebbekink on most of his points; some details could use some work.

Thanks for your feedback guys, I agree with the sign in font being too large.

'Flat UI' elements = I drew a box, it looks nice.
I'm all for this style of design, but the whole 'Flat UI', 'Flat Design' labels is getting boring now.
