In. sane. I kept zooming in on the deatils and I just can't tell it's a render or not. Even the pattern of the castmetal body is spot on. Are you fooling us with a picture, or are you THAT good?

That's just crazy, right there. Crazy. The only "give-away", for me, is the top-LCD looking a tad "flat". But amazing job on the lighting, texturing and modelling. Holycrapomg.

I'd like to see it from another angle where you can see the work on the lens. Would be interesting :)

I have a feeling you need to place this in some natural environment and make it into a mockup :) That is all.

@Harmen Cool thanks! I don't really know how its suppose to look, the pattern is made out of layers of Poxo noise and alot of contrast to make it less dense, I'm only trolling at twitter ;)

@Søren Horsbøll Hansen Thanks! Very nice that you saw that, the display is suppose to be bent all the way but I missed that part and had come too long to change it.

Dude this is insane. Only thing that looks out of place to me is the heaviness of the drop shadow beneath the LCD digits. You should totally do a version where that LCD is lit up with the backlight!

    Awesome lens too ;)

@Maria All textures are procedural (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Procedural_texture) except scratches and dust, they are made in Photoshop, so are the icons.

@jonathan olsen will make a render of that one too, it's alot of glass in it... http://www.bobatkins.com/photography/reviews/ef_24-105/24-105_block_diagram.jpg
