GoCatch Passenger App • Wave (Concept)

Concept pickup experience for the GoCatch passenger app.

For drivers, it can sometimes be difficult to find the passenger at the pickup address, especially at night.

To alleviate this, once the driver approaches the pickup address, the passenger app will prompt the user and then light up in a randomised 'wave colour', which they can hold up in the air and wave to their approaching driver. The driver will also get a prompt on their app notifying them of which wave colour to look out for.

This simple feature removes some of the friction of night-time pickups and shortens the overall wait time for drivers.
