@David Mermelstein Thanks! I'm doing a presentation for our local sass group tonight on color functions. The organizers are making cucumber sandwiches so it only made sense to make a cucumber slice.
@Kurt Emch Will the meetup notes and presentation be available to read or watch? I know the Seattle SaaS Meetup does Google hangouts, but the sound quality is not so great.
@David Mermelstein I'm going to throw the files up on Github, yes. The meetup is for SASS though, not SaaS (software as a service). Just a tad different!
@Kurt Emch That is what I meant. I know what the difference is, but thanks for pointing this out. Since I worked at a SaaS company and I am new to SAAS, I tend to always type the 1st one when I meant SAAS. Lol.

This CSS cucumber slice I made using compass and sass's color functions.

Awesome. Do plan on doing more food items? What made you choose the cuke?

Sweet. Cuke sandwiches? I'll have to try that sometime. Good to see a local meetup offering something besides pizza & soda.
