   nice colors and looks good, but just one thing may be this will look perfect when you increase the line height between text, now it slightly crowded. :)

   @Diego G Marignac, the picture I used is the "ideal" way of using a patient photo. The real photos will have white background and will try to use the photos like in the screen I designed.

   @krishnachaitanya, glad you like it. It looks a bit crowed because one of my client's request was to condese the empty space as much as I can.
