Sharing find friends page
Initially We decided to go with find-friends-2 but later realized that we need to come up with a approach where users don't need to go back and forth. So find-friends-1 is what we've come up with.
Feedback would be appreciated.

Yup, feelin' it. The "Get Rewarded" feels a little off compared to the rest. The Tron-like glow and type colour seem out-of-place. Rest is looking smart.

I do love the visual design utilized here. My only other feedback would be that from a UX perspective, it might be worth your time to try to conflate the "Facebook" and "Contacts" lists into a single list, and (perhaps) add some small indication on each person as to where that contact is coming from. You'll end up with some duplicate contacts, but I'd wager that's not a terrible tradeoff: you'll also end up with a lot more vertical space, and an easier user experience (who wants to tab between those anyway?).
