    From left to right: activity feed (like instagram, all the stars and comments that follow your actions), profile (your interests, the people you follow, and all your most recent actions), latest (the latest posts from the community, in time order), front page (the top ranked posts for you right now)

    Not sure about any of the activity feed icons, but the best one is from row one (row two looks odd, being just a circle, perhaps if it was number 2 with the line graph in a chat bubble, it might look a bit better). I also like the profile and latest (though frankly, none of them seem right) icons from row one the best. I think the home icon from row 2 is the best. You want users to easily recognize the icons, and keeping the good old home icon is probably the best for easy recognition.

    Row 2 has the most legible icons in terms of what they represent, with the exception of the calendar. I have no good suggestion for it though :(

    I would vote for row 1, with front page substituted by "house" icon, that is the most familiar metaphore after all.

    I would also suggest to simplify user icon, because the level of stylization of this icon si much higher than the rest.

    Great work! I have to agree with @Riki Tanone, row 2 seems most accurate. I would consider swapping the calendar with the clock for latest post.
