Overall, I like it. My two cents:
1. The R and the S have a lot less negative space surrounding them on the right side, making the word heavier on the right. Tighten kerning on the M...A...K...E, Increase Kerning on E...R...S., I think this will help the balance.
2. Lower the crossbar of the A a bit to make the negative space triangle larger and more balanced with the negative space under the crossbar.
3. I think the M is too big on the secondary mark. I would decrease it's size some to where it's not so dominant.
