Hey, a few months ago we have completed the UI of the weather forecast application. Here is one of the screens showing the list of the locations.
What do you guys think?
The full version is in the attachment by the way.
Kidding aside. I like the overall feel and flatness of the app. The font-choice is right up my alley and so are the icons.
My only remark would be, that the edit-mode seems a tad to crammed. It might be the angle of the photo fooling me, but if not, I'd probably try working on either:
a: Replace the "delete"-icon with a swipe action
b: Make the locations sortable without having to activate edit mode
@Artua - Love this - really great work. It all seems very smooth and easy to scan.
However, I'm not sure I understand the reason for showing "Houston, USA 7am" as an editable item.
What case would a user be editing the time? Or is that meant to be a label so you can customize what each one says?
If it isn't a label, you could limit that box width by a lot and still be able to read what is in that input field, which would then give much more room for the C/F & Done buttons.
Hey Artua, the UI work is a bit weak now. Flatness may be very popular but in combination with right fonts, nice whitespace balance and unusual colour combos.
Especially the detail of the city looks very cramped. Once user gets into that section, why not double the height so you could apply a bit nicer and smarter UI?
I like the overall feel and colors. But I think it's a bit different in style if you compare it with the other screens in the app. This feels a bit like Windows Metro with the flat shapes etc. and the other screens are more "Apple-ish".

Nice. But I would better have iOS-shaped buttons in the title bar, rather than WinPhone. Will it have week-view for a single city?

This is good one. Is it some kind of mock up? I would be happy to have it. Do you have a link?

@Michał Mielczarek Sure, here is the link: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/weather-magic-pro-live-weather/id594553213?mt=8
BTW. We were not responsible for the app icon design, it was designed elsewhere.
